Kekuatan Sebuah Mytos Perlu Dipertahankan (The Strength of a Mytos needs to be maintained)

Malam Jumat adalah malam yang diyakini oleh manusia sebagai malam yang menakutkan. Suatu malam jumat disebuah tempat saya bertemu dengan seorang security sebuah wisma yang bangunannya adalah bekas sebuah rumah sakit peninggalan jaman penjajahan Belanda. Kami pun bercakap - cakap sembari mendengarkan sebuah mitos yang dituturkan oleh seorang penyiar radio. "Disini banyak hantunya pak", kata si penjaga wisma kepada saya. Terutama hantu penunggu sebuah pohon besar di pojok wisma ini. Cerita hantu itu sudah diceritakan turun temurun sampai penjaga itu bertugas sekarang. Saya pun tertarik untuk memotret pohon besar itu. Mari kita lihat "Gallery akar" pohon besar itu. Saya senang mitos - mitos itu mampu membuat sebuah pohon hidup dari Jaman penjajahan Belanda sampai sekarang. Siapa yang berani menebangnya maka dia akan jatuh sakit dan mati oleh hantu penunggu pohon itu. Kamera saya sempat rusak pada saat pertama kali mengambil gambar pohon ini. Percaya atau tidak mungkin ada pengaruhnya.

Friday night believed by humans as a scary Friday night. One Friday night in a place I met with a security of a guesthouse where the buildings was a hospital in Dutch colonial era. We also made a conversation while listening to a myth told by a radio announcer. "Here, I often see a ghost sir", said the security to me. Especially a ghost that guarding the large tree in the corner of the guest house. The ghost story has been passed down from generation to generation until the security on duty now. I was interested in photographing the big tree. Let's take a look at "Gallery roots" of the big tree. I love myth which is able to make a living tree from the Dutch colonial era to the present. Who dare to cut it down then that person will fall ill and die by the guardian "ghost" of the tree. My camera was broken at the first time taking a picture of this tree. Believe it or not there maybe an influence.

Oleh sebab itu tetap ceritakan mitos - mitos yang ada kepada generasi muda agar pohon ini tetap ada.
