Cerita Dari Sebuah Perjalanan Ke Pantai Indah Di Selatan Pulau Timor (Stories From A Journey To Beautiful Beaches On The South Of Timor Island)

The beach, which is located on the southern coast of Timor Island, precisely in Nualunat Village, Kotolin District, TTS-NTT is a new magnet for travelers and nature lovers. Large chunks of rock along the coast are arranged by themselves by the pounding of waves and wind as a mixture of natural mysteries that look unique and exotic. Even more, the texture / relief of these rocks looks more like crocodile's skin or scales. This reminds us of the story / myth of the origin of the island of Timor which is said originated by crocodiles. Boisae Beach and some call it Oenikan Beach. Well, whatever it's called, but this beach has pinned itself as one of the beautiful beaches on the southern coast of the island of Timor. The location of this beach is not difficult to reach because it is located on the edge of the southern crossing line of the island of Timor so it is fairly smooth to be traversed by vehicles. It takes about 3.5 hours to travel from Kupang City or about 2 hours from SoE City (about 40 minutes from Kolbano Beach). Anyway, the most important thing is for friends who want to enjoy the beauty of this beach, don't forget to keep it clean and sustainable because nature is a valuable asset that we will inherit for future generations. Keep Nature = Keep the Future! (Elgyzel Glen Ndjukambani)

“Gundah hati Sang Fatu Un”
(Catatan singkat sebuah perjalanan).

Gerimis tipis berpadu nyanyian merdu gulungan ombak laut selatan membelai hamparan batu-batu kecil berwarna keputihan menyambut kedatanganku saat itu untuk kesekian kalinya aku datang menyapa kolbano. Batu besar itupun masih berdiri kokoh disana. Masih seperti waktu lalu, tatapan mata sang Fatu Un terlihat kosong berbingkai raut wajah murung. "Apa kabar sobatku?", Apa yang kau pikirkan?”, Sapaku sambil mendekatinya. “hallo sobat, seperti yang kau lihat, aku masih sama seperti hari kemarin.” Seperti berbisik ditelingaku Sang Fatu Un sambil kembali menatap jauh kedepan ke samudera yang luas.. Lanjutnya: “Sobat, entah sudah berapa banyak batu-batu kecil teman-teman berwarnaku pergi di ambil orang. Aku ingin tahu bagaimana kabar mereka disana.” Akupun risau, risau ketika mereka mulai pergi, hilang terbawa segala kepentingan manusia.” Sambil tertunduk lesu dia berkata lirih: “Sobat, aku kwatir bahkan mulai takut. Takut jika Sang Khalik melepaskan murkanya saat alam tak lagi menampilkan indahnya.” Suasana siang itu kembali hening. Sang alam sepertinya setuju dengan kerisauan hatinya. “Sobatku sang Fatu Un, teruslah berdiri meski kakimu hampir rapuh.

"Disappointed the heart of Sang Fatu Un"
(Brief note of a trip).

A Thin drizzle combined with melodious singing that coming from rolls of the southern waves were caressing the whitish small stones  welcomed my arrival at that time on my other visit to greet kolbano beach. The big rock still stands there. Yes, a rock named  "fatu un" or "Batu Raja". The big rock continues to stand tall even though at that moment it looked bent even like curled up. Well, you are still there my friend, "I said to myself. It's still stood up, and alone stared far towards to the vast ocean. the expanse of small colorful stones  as small size friends of Fatu Un which never disturb the daydream of the Fatu Un. Still like the last time, the eyes of the Fatu Un look empty framed by a gloomy face. while approaching Fatu Un, "Hello my friend, as you can see me, I am still the same as yesterday", it was just like whispering in my ear while Fatu Un Returned back staring far ahead to the vast ocean .. Fatu Un then continued: "My Friend, I don't know how many colored small stones the friends of mine taken by people", I want to know how they are there", " Almost every day, along the coast filled visited by humans with all of their character and interests",  morning to dark of night, "my yards is always visited", "It looks crowded but, at night I feels lonely, worried and anxious, which increasingly engages me". Continued by Fatu Un softly: " I know, the existing millions of my little friends are  can be a blessing for human welfare". "Although possible, only a handful enjoy it",  "However, should they leave by leaving wounds to nature that are getting more and more painful?",  "Isn't there a wiser way that humans can take to bring blessings without hurting our smile on them? ", " I am lonely, longing for innocent, cheerful laughter from my little friends". "Then I was also worried, worried when many little stones began to lost, lost carried away by all human interests". "While bowed lethargically Fatu Un said softly:" Friend, I'm afraid even began to fear, fear when the Creator let go His anger when nature no longer displays its beauty". The afternoon was quiet again. The nature seems to agree with his concerns. "My friend Fatu Un, keep standing even though your feet are almost fragile", "You have to be strong, because your charms as the belle of the southern coast will not be broken into all human interests". "I don't know how many stories you have seen even experienced". "I am Sorry that as humans, I could explain you that humans  cannot yet be so sensitive even too blind to see you and this nature deepest in my heart ... SORRY.
