Taman Wisata Bikekneno Pulau Timor Nusa Tenggara Timur (Bikekneno Tourism Park Timor Island East of Nusa Tenggara)

Salah satu obyek wisata alam baru bagi para pemburu foto dan tempat indah di Nusa Tenggara Timur adalah Obyek Wisata Bikekneno yang terletak di desa Bikekneno, Kecamatan Mollo Selatan, Kabupaten TTS, Pulau Timor Nusa Tenggara Timur Indonesia. Tempat lapang dan luas diatas ketinggian yang bersuhu dingin memberikan nuansa berwisata tersendiri. 

One of the new natural attractions for photo hunters and beautiful place seekers in East of Nusa Tenggara is Bikekneno Tourism Object located in Bikekneno village, South Mollo District, TTS Regency, Timor Island, East of Nusa Tenggara Indonesia. The airy and spacious place above sea level with cold temperature gives the feel of a new tour.

Belum banyak tersedia fasilitas wisata ditempat ini namun proses menuju daerah bikekneno ini boleh dikatakan menarik karena akses jalan belum terbangun secara optimal jadi harus offroad. Indonesia saat ini sedang berada di musim panas dan termasuk di kota Kupang dimana cuaca sedang panas-panasnya dan membuat gerah.Saat ini tak perlu bingung bagaimana caranya untuk kabur dari cuaca panas ini, apalagi sampai harus pergi ke luar Pulau Timor. Di Pulau Timor banyak tempat-tempat sejuk yang sanggup menyegarkan badan dan pikiran ini saat weekend tiba. Nah agar tempat ini dapat menjadi sebuah destinasi wisata maka salah satu hal yang perlu dibenahi adalah akses jalan kelokasi wisata dan perlu dibangun fasilitas-fasilitas penunjangnya. 

Not many tourist facilities are available at this place, but the process towards to bikekneno area is interesting because the road access has not been optimally built then offroad began. Indonesia currently is in summer and also hapenned in the city of Kupang where the weather is hot and certainly makes me sweaty. Then there is no need to be confused about how to escape from this hot weather, until you have decided to go outside of Timor Island. On the island of Timor there are many cool places that are able to refresh the body and mind on this weekend. But so that place can become a tourist destination, one that needs to be addressed is road access to  locations and supporting facilities need to be built.

Heliantus adalah nama ilmiah untuk bunga matahari. Helia artinya matahari, sedangkan antus artinya bunga.Sebelum mencapai desa Bikekneno, kita akan memasuki kota Soe dan Hutan konservasi 'Buat' yang bisa saja menghentikan langkah kita menuju desa Bikekneno. Bunga matahari tumbuh subur di sini dan ini bisa menjadi obyek yang indah jika ditata dengan baik dan akan berbunga serentak saat musimnya tiba. Indah bermekaran. 

Heliantus is the scientific name for sunflowers. Helia means sun, while antus means flower. Before reaching the village of Bikekneno, we will enter the city of Soe and  'Buat' conservation forest which can stop us for a while before going to the village of Bikekneno. Sunflowers flourish here and this can be a beautiful object when arranged well and will blooms simultaneously when the season arrives. Beautiful blooms.

Bikekneno, ya tempat indah baru yang harus mendapatkan perhatian khusus oleh pemerintah dan warga desa setempat. Obyek Wisata ini harus di kelola dengan baik karena jika tidak dikembangkan dengan baik maka lama kelamaan akan membosankan, serta perlu dijaga kebersihan lokasi wisata ini sehingga tetap indah dan memberikan sebuah nuansa keindahan alam. Banyak pengunjung kedepannya maka tidak menutup kemungkinan akan mengotori tempat ini apalagi tidak ada petugas yang menjaganya. Warga desa bisa menjadikan tempat ini sebagai sumber pendapatan mereka didunia wisata dan tentunya bersama pemerintah yang memberikan support bukan saja sisi finansial akan tetapi juga pada sisi edukasi. Perlu kearifan lokal agar sebuah obyek wisata dapat maju berkembang.

Bikekneno, yes a new beautiful place that shall get special attention by government and local community. This tourism object must be managed properly because when it is not developed properly, then over time it will be a boring thing to visit, and it needs to be kept the location clean to keep it remains beautiful and gives a feel of natural beauty. Many visitors in the future will rule out the possibility of polluting this place especially when there are no officers guarding it. Villagers can make this place their source of income in the tourism world and of course together with government that provides support not only on financial side but also on the education side. Local wisdom is needed so that a tourism object can develop further.

Terkait pengelolaan obyek wisata ini, pemerintah desa telah berkordinasi dengan pihak Kecamatan Mollo Selatan dan Dinas Parawisata Kabupaten TTS untuk sama-sama mengelola obyek wisata ini dan semoga kunjungan saya berikutnya lebih berkesan dan tentunya untuk siapa saja yang menginginkan sebuah keindahan alam pegunungan. 

Regarding the management of this tourism object, the village officer has coordinated with the Mollo Selatan District and the Tourism Office of TTS District to jointly manage this tourism object and hopefully my next visit will be more memorable and certainly for anyone who wants a natural beauty of the mountains.

Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur menyimpan tempat -tempat indah yang  menarik untuk dikunjungi. Salah satunya adalah Pulau Flores yang tak kalah menakjubkan dari belahan bumi lainnya. Namun saat ini pemerintah setempat masih terus berusaha menumbuhkembangkan dunia pariwisata di NTT termasuk di Pulau Flores. Jika kamu tipe wisatawan pemburu tempat wisata baru dan ingin menemukannya untuk pertama kali maka Flores adalah tempat yang cocok buatmu untuk menjadi pemburu surga. Salah satu surga baru di Pulau Flores adalah Taman Laut dengan perpaduan cantik 17 Pulau di Riung. Tempat ini terletak di Kecamatan Riung, Kabupaten Ngada, Flores, dan area indah ini sebenarnya terdiri dari 24 gugusan pulau-pulau kecil yang cantik. Pulau-pulau utama di kluster ini terdiri atas Pulau Ontoloe, Pulau Pau, Pulau Borong, Pulau Dua, Pulau Kolong, Pulau Lainjawa, Pulau Besar, Pulau Halima, Pulau Patta, Pulau Rutong, Pulau Meja, Pulau Bampa, Pulau Tiga, Pulau Tembaga, Pulau Taor, Pulau Sui, dan Pulau Wire. di antara 24 pulau itu, Pulau Rutong dan Pulau Ontoloe lah yang paling terkenal. East of Nusa Tenggara Province saves beautiful places that are interesting to visit. One of them is Flores Island which is also amazing such other hemisphere. But now the local government is still trying to develop the world of tourism in NTT, including on the island of Flores. If you are a hunter type of traveler who always hunger for new attractions and want to find it for the first time, then Flores is a suitable place for you to become a heaven hunter. One of the new paradise on the Flores Island is the Marine Park with a beautiful blend of 17 islands in Riung. This place is located in Riung Subdistrict, Ngada Regency, Flores, and this beautiful area actually consists of 24 beautiful small islands. Jalan - Jalan Ke Mollo Selatan Pulau Timor (Traveling To South Mollo Timor Island)

Indonesia memiliki banyak pulau baik yang berukuran besar atau kecil. Pulau Timor adalah salah satu Pulau yang berada di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur dan masih banyak tempat indah di Pulau Timor ini yang belum sempat saya kunjungi bahkan terjamah oleh wisatawan. Artinya di Pulau Timor menyimpan banyak kekayaan yakni keindahan alamnya yang masih alami.  Tentunya diperlukan pembangunan dan pengembangan jika ingin alam indah ini dikenal dunia luas minimal sebagai tempat melepas lelah bukan merusaknya. Suatu hari diakhir ujung musim hujan tahun ini, saya melakukan perjalanan ke kecamatan Mollo Selatan untuk mengisi hari libur setelah mendapatkan informasi yang cukup tentang tempat yang akan dikunjungi. Berikut photo story perjalanan saya ke Fatumnasi Mollo Selatan, sebuah daerah indah dipegunungan ditengah-tengah pulau Timor yang dingin dan berkabut.

Indonesia has so many islands, either large or small. Timor Island is one of the islands in the province of East of Nusa Tenggara and there are still many beautiful places on the island of Timor that I have not had a chance to visit even touched by tourists. This means that on the island of Timor save a lot of wealth, such as natural beauty. Of course development, coaching and founding is needed when you want this beautiful nature to be known by public at least as a place to unwind rather than damage it. One day at the end of the rainy season this year, I traveled to South of Mollo  sub-district to fill my holiday after getting enough information about the place to be visited. The following is a photo story of my trip to Fatumnasi South Mollo, a beautiful mountainous region in the middle of the cold and foggy island of Timor.

Saya melewati kawasan Hutan lindung Anpupu yang luas yang mana berada di tiga kabupaten yakni kabupaten Kupang, Timor Tengah Selatan dan Timor Tengah Utara. Seperti pada ilustrasi diatas hutan berpermadani hijau yang indah. Tiap tahun diselenggarakan upacara adat untuk panen Madu yang dilakukan oleh para tetua adat, masyarakat dan pemerintah.

I passed the vast Anpupu protected forest area which is actually located in three regencies are Kupang district, Timor Tengah Selatan and Timor Tengah Utara. As in the illustration above the forest plays beautiful green. Every year a traditional ceremony for harvesting honey is carried out by traditional elders, community and government.

Dari Kota Soe yang merupakan ibukota dari kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan, saya beranjak menuju desa Kapan dan dari Kapan menuju Fatumnasi melewati hutan-hutan indah yang berhawa sejuk serta kadangkala diselimuti kabut tebal menurut warga akan selalu berkabut khususnya di bulan Mei sampai dengan Juni dan bersuhu dingin, namun cuaca cerah menyambut kedatangan saya dan terkagum saat berada di sebuah danau kecil yang indah. Warga setempat bahkan dari kota Kupang banyak berkunjung ke kawasan danau ini untuk melepas lelah saat weekend.

From Soe City, which is the capital of Timor Tengah Selatan district, I headed to the village name Kapan and then to Fatumnasi through beautiful forests with cool air and sometimes covered by thick fog according to residents, it will always be foggy especially in May to June and cold temperatures , but the sunny weather welcomed me and was amazed when I was on a beautiful little lake. Local residents even many from the city of Kupang visited the lake region to unwind at the weekend.

Akhirnya alam yang indah ini sudah ditetapkan sebagai desa wisata, Fatumnasi juga merupakan kawasan konservasi sumber daya alam di Nusa Tenggara Timur. Banyak hal menarik yang dapat ditemukan Fatumnasi, mulai dari hutan yang lebat, padang rumput yang luas, bebatuan yang unik dan gagahnya puncak mutis menambah keindahan alam dari Fatumnasi begitu pula ternak-ternak warga yang menghiasi indahnya alam di Mollo. Selain itu dijumpai beraneka ragam jenis tanaman bunga yang bisa saja dikembangkan oleh masyarakat setempat dengan menanam dan melestarikan lebih banyak lagi tanaman - tanaman hias karena cocok dengan suhu udara yang dingin. Mau tau seperti apa keindahan alamnya? datang dan buktikan sendiri.

Finally this beautiful nature has been designated as a tourist village, Fatumnasi is also a conservation area for natural resources in East of Nusa Tenggara. Many interesting things can be found at Fatumnasi, ranging from dense forests, extensive grasslands, unique and dashing rocks up to the peak of Mountaneous Mutis adding the natural beauty of Fatumnasi as well as the livestock of residents that adorn the beauty of nature in Mollo. In addition, there are various types of flower plants that can be developed by local people by planting and preserving more ornamental plants because they are suitable in cold temperatures. Membangun Jaringan Listrik Di Desa Longkap Alor Barat Daya (Building an Electricity Network in Longkap Village South West Of Alor)

Dikutip langsung dari KOMPAS.com - menyebutkan bahwa Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral ( ESDM) berencana untuk mengaliri setidaknya 2.500 desa se-Indonesia hingga akhir tahun 2019. Untuk mencapai target ini, Kementerian ESDM bekerja sama dengan PLN dalam pelaksanaannya. Pembangunan listrik dibagi menjadi tiga zona yakni pembangunan listrik di daerah terdepan, tertinggal dan terluar (3T). Sementara pembangunan listrik di desa tertinggal dan terluar sebenarnya bertujuan untuk mengejar elektrifikasi 99,9 persen pada tahun 2019. Saat ini, masih belum mencapai 92 persen. Contoh daerah yang belum menikmati listrik ada di Maluku, dan Kawasan Indonesia Timur termasuk di Nusa Tenggara Timur. Berikut adalah dokumentasi saat mengerjakan jaringan listrik di desa Longkap Alor Barat Daya.

To achieve this target, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources collaborates the program with PLN (The State Electricity Company) on its implementation. Electricity development is divided into three zones, such as electricity development in the foremost, lagging and outermost areas (3T). While the electricity development in underdeveloped and outermost villages actually aims to pursue electrification of 99.9 percent in 2019. At present, it still has not reached 92 percent. Examples of areas that have not yet developed on its electricity need are in Moluccas, and Eastern part of Indonesia including in East of Nusa Tenggara. Sebelum mencapai desa Longkap, Jaringan listrik baru juga dibangun hampir menyeluruh di wilayah Alor Barat Daya dan daerah lainnya di NTT. Tentunya program ini tidak mudah untuk dilaksanakan lebih dikarenakan kondisi buruk akses-akses jalan menuju desa-desa tertinggal dan terluar yang ada di Nusa Tenggara Timur. Kondisi ini saya pribadi telah melihat dan mengalami secara langsung bersama rekan-rekan para pekerja listrik lainnya. Namun sebuah program yang mulia sesuai pesan Bapak Presiden (Joko Widodo), penggunaan energi ini harus menggunakan Sila Kelima (Pancasila), energi yang berkeadilan sosial dan harus dilaksanakan dan didukung oleh segenap pihak. Dan semoga program-program ini dapat berjalan dengan baik dan mampu mensejahterakan para pekerja di dunia kelistrikan. 

Before reaching Longkap village, electricity networks is also included to almost completely in the South West of Alor area and other areas in NTT. Of course this program is not easy to implement more due to the poor conditions of road access to reach underdeveloped and outermost villages in East of Nusa Tenggara. This condition personally I have seen and experienced together with fellow electric workers. But a noble program is in accordance to the message of the President (Joko Widodo), this electrical energy development must met to the fifth principle of Pancasila, Social Equitable Energy Development and must be carried out and supported by all parties. And hopefully these programs can run well and also able to prosper the workers in the electricity world.

Semua program -program yang dilaksanakan tentunya dapat memberikan sebuah dampak sebagai hasil dari pelaksanaan program-program tersebut seperti program listrik masuk desa ini, yang dapat dicatat dari beberapa studi, antara lain adalah bahwasannya program  ini  dapat  mendorong  pembangunan  pertanian   di   daerah   perdesaan,   terlebih   lagi   apabila  terdapat  unsur  jasa  lainnya,  misalnya  pabrik-pabrik pengolahan dapat masuk ke desa-desa yang memiliki potensi pertanian dikarenakan ketersediaan energy listrik yang memadai, melalui program ini dapat menjadi motor penggerak bagi kegiatan agro industri dan kegiatan perdagangan, selanjutnya semakin meningkatkan kebutuhan tenaga listrik di suatu daerah sehingga memberikan manfaat kepada perusahaan Negara sebagai pengelola kelistrikan, program  ini  juga dapat  meningkatkan  kesejahteraan  hidup  masyrakat  perdesaan, khususnya  untuk  dapat menikmati penerangan yang layak, dapat mendapatkan informasi melalui siaran TV. Dan radio, program ini dapat  meningkatkan   kemampuan    masyarakat    perdesaan    untuk  membaca  sehingga  menurunkan  tingkat  buta  huruf dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di desa, dan tujuan  program ini untuk meningkatkan dan menciptakan lapangan kerja atau minimal tercipta sebuah kesempatan bekerja, serta mengurangi   urbanisasi,   ataupun  menurunkan  angka kelahiran bayi,  meskipun  belum dapat diperoleh data yang meyakinkan sampai saat ini.

All programs which implemented certainly can provide an impact as a result of the programs implementation such as this electricity programs, which can be noted from several studies, including the fact that this program can encourage agricultural development in rural areas, especially if there are other service elements, for example processing factories can enter villages that have agricultural potential due to the availability of adequate electrical energy, through this program can be a driving force for aggro-industrial activities and trade activities, further increasing the demand of electricity in a region so as to provide benefits to state companies as electricity managers, this program can also improve the welfare of rural communities, especially to be able on enjoying adequate information, can get information through TV broadcasts. And radio, this program can improve the ability of rural communities to read, thereby reducing the level of illiteracy and improving the quality of education in the village, and the aim of this program is to increase employment or at least create a job opportunity, and reduce urbanization, or reduce infant birth rates , although convincing data cannot be obtained to date.
